M&E Facilities Specialist (HVAC/ BioTech/ Pharma)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Tuas
Salary : Up to $5000 depending on experience
Our client is a fully integrated, global immunotherapy powerhouse who have been working on automated and digitized processes and build continuously capabilities for specialized manufacturing, either for individualized vaccines or for large-scale products like COVID-19 vaccine.
Responsibilities
To support site facilities and utilities operations, maintenance and projects activities:
- Monitor and assist in liaison with in house or external service providers for the following tasks:Operations and Scheduled maintenance of utilities/facilities systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, water, and gas distribution systems,
Building and infrastructure services such as Lifts, Fire Protection System, Wastewater Treatment Plant, lighting.
Soft services such as Facilities Cleaning, Pest Control, waste management etc.
- Monitor and coordination of adhoc projects to ensure compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and project schedules.
- Conduct scheduled facility inspections in accordance with the maintenance schedule, ensuring adherence to SOPs, regulations, and safety standards.
- Support the Operation Readiness of the Utilities/Facilities infrastructure or systems transiting from project to operation phase.
- Support energy-saving opportunities and optimal resource allocation strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Nitec in Electrical, mechanical Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent.
- Experience in new plant setup and/ or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Sound experience in facilities and utilities operation, maintenance or projects field.
- Mechanical, electrical or instrumentation trained.
- Able to read or interpret technical drawings.
