HR Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR duties
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent
  • Manage the recruitment SOP from sourcing, interview, background check, job offering to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and candidate evaluation criteria
  • Manage employees’ orientation programs
  • Manage employees’ probation, confirmation, promotion, increment, resignation, and termination SOP
  • Involved in staff appraisal & performance management
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies etc
  • Serve as an advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, providing guidance in areas such as employment law, compliance, and company policies
  • Organise welfare activities and events
  • Develop HR policies that align with industry best practices and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Proven expertise in HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
