Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Ensure the accuracy of our inventory database through regular updates and maintenance.
- Stock Monitoring: Track stock movements to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages.
- Product Management: Create and maintain accurate product listings within our systems.
- Reporting: Compile and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making processes.
- Customer Transactions: Process delivery orders and issue invoices promptly and accurately.
- Inventory Transfers: Coordinate seamless stock transfers between different locations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our warehouse team to streamline inventory operations.
- Financial Duties: Assist with accounts receivable and payable tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Professional Certificate/Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
