Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparing full sets of accounts
- Handles Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Prepare payment to suppliers etc
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly GST return and assist in generating accounting stuffs
- Support the finance department by performing data entry and managing general ledger postings.
- Handle day-to-day office and admin duties like collect mails from letter boxes, filling, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum CAT/LCCI/ITE Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
