Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and improving local organizational structure and management methods to boost organizational development.
- Help develop and refine HR processes and mechanisms to support business operations effectively.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies, handling employee recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop training plans, conduct employee training, and implement promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.
- Implement performance evaluation schemes to motivate employees and meet organizational goals.
- Handle compensation and benefits, and address employee queries.
- Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliance.
- Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis.
- Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
- Update HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with other HR tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (Full spectrum of HR)
- IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consulting, guidance, and communication skills.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility.
- High level of independence and teamwork spirit.
