Responsibilities:
- 50% hunter , 50% farming for Air Freight.
- Create new customers in the industry vertical and target them
- Prepare a list of key accounts and effectively establish air products/services in targeted trade lanes.
- Weekly sales calls, follow up on all air sales leads.
- Provide the FF Sales leader with weekly and monthly reports.
- Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
- To ensure customer satisfaction and business retention, organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts
- Ensure Personal sales targets and KPI are met
- Provide customers and potential customers with rate quotes
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in International Air Cargo / Freight forwarding industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in Sales and marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
