Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sourcing Department
- Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests
- Prepare purchasing documents (e.g., QAFs, Sample POs)
- Update and maintain purchasing databases
- Coordinate Sample POs and ensure prompt deliveries
- Assist in office administrative duties
Job Requirement
- Min Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or any other equivalent certification
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
