Project Lead ( Marketing Programs) Six Months Contract
We are looking for someone to drive our marketing programmes forward, lead change, and help foster a culture and community through strategic initiatives for our marketing teams working on technology clients.
As a Project Lead, you will apply program management and business acumen with a dash of creative problem-solving--and bring thought leadership--to every key decision. You are a self-starter and natural collaborator, able to partner and learn from peers across the organisation and globe so that we can quickly and easily adapt at pace. Your mindset is global and scalable, but your approach is tactical and practical. And you’re motivated by the opportunity to make a deep impact through program management across global, regional, and local teams that maximise the impact of improved cross-functional collaboration.
Role:
- Guide the teams across APAC through the new Marketing Development Framework [MDF].
- Be the Champion of the MDF within the APAC Regional and Local Teams, advocating in partnership with the ambassadors to ensure successful implementation.
- Identify cross-functional gaps and build new processes, procedures, methods, tests, and/or components with the foresight to anticipate and address issues between the team's implementation of the MDF.
- Host cross-sessions between Regional and Local teams to gain cross-functional alignment on regional and local-specific subprocesses.
- Be the first point of contact for the framework, provide training, and align with leaders on prioritising gaps in the framework.
- Define stakeholder management between Global, Regional and Local teams for the program.
- Responsible for taking Global and Regional trainings and building Local versions to operationalise implementation.
- The main point of contact in ensuring regional and local teams provide feedback at the right time, including all surveys.
- Identify and highlight opportunities to automate or utilise AI to streamline our work and our work cross-functionally across the marketing teams
- Manage parts of the program that are still ambiguous and involve cross-functional stakeholders by defining and streamlining new processes and organising tasks into clear goals and objectives.
- Exchange information and best practices with the Global Team and APAC to help maximise efficiency and reduce rework.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 12 years experience in programme management, project management, and change management.
- Strategic agility and long-term vision.
- Proactive, persuasive and a creative collaborator with a great sense of team spirit.
- Knowledge of implementing marketing programmes and strategic initiatives.
- Possesses long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills; high aptitude with the ability to understand complex problems and distil them into a simple, meaningful and coherent story
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
