What you will do:
Consult with clients to understand their business objectives, data assets, and requirements for generative AI applications.
Win over decision makers at our customers on DataStax as a key component of their generative AI stack.
Lead with code: demonstrate to AI developers by building demos and providing examples that close deals in the pre-sales phase, and get customers into production with generative AI.
Elevate other members of the DataStax technical field team through partnering on customer engagements, leading by example, and educating on generative AI best practices.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout the generative AI application lifecycle.
Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in generative AI technology.
Your experience should include
Solid understanding of generative AI techniques in prompt engineering, agent design, and RAG.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in generative AI development, such as Python and/or Javascript.
Familiarity with common generative AI frameworks such as Langchain and Llama Index.
Experience building production AI products. Have worked on multiple ML or AI projects that went into production (does not have to be generative AI).
