Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic ServiceNow Advisory Solution Consultant with a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in ServiceNow solutions, with a strong preference for experience in self-hosted or on-premise environments. Knowledge of the Singapore public sector landscape is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advisory services on ServiceNow solutions to clients, focusing on understanding their business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
- Guide and mentor customers and partners in adopting ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring they maximize the platform's potential to meet their organizational goals.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with clients to assess their current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ServiceNow best practices.
- Guide customer/partners about ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet client requirements.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities and gather requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
- Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
