Primary Objectives;
- Assist the Unit Head in managing day to day operations of Financial Team.
- Support the implementation of bank’s projects and initiatives in the area of Financial Team.
- Provide cross support to other units within Channel Operations as and when required.
- Running day to day operations of Financial Team.
Key Responsibilities;
- Assist the Unit Head to supervise and manage the daily BAU of Financial Team.
- Perform Maker and/or Checker role for the processing of financial transactions.
- Ensure financial transactions are processed within agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs.
- Participate in regulatory/ business enablement/ process improvement projects, including providing requirements, UAT testing and implementation.
- Train and mentor junior and new hires in the team.
- Provide cross support to other units within Channel Operations as and when required
