Position Overview
The Food and Beverage Captain is responsible to recommend guest our restaurants food and drink offering and delivery excellent guest service standards. The role requires an individual with outgoing personality who strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service, while ensuring procedures and protocols are fully followed. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience which will see them returning again and again.

- Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
