- Able to attend to clients’ complaints, feedbacks and queries
- Able to carry out immediate response and cover the manpower shortfall at sites
- Able to carry out OJT training for newly recruited and conduct refresher on SOP
- Able to cover the security officers who are on leave, off or absent in a short notice.
- Able to handle security related issues at deployment sites
- Able to conduct security and safety risk assessment
- Submission of weekly roster
- Preparation of operational report
- Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations/allocated contract sites and staffs
- Conduct investigations and check through incident report submitted by the secutiy team and prepare AAR of the incident.
- Manage and review security procedures.
