About the Role
As a Business Development Director (BPO), your primary responsibility will be to manage and engage your team of workers, ensuring they are motivated and supported. You will use data and your high level of human intuition to meet daily KPIs. Reporting to the Project Manager daily and providing weekly updates directly to the client will be part of your routine.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and lead our new and expanding recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business at strategic and operational level.
* Strategize, plan and ensure execution of the recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business objectives are set and met.
* Manage and supervise the team effectively.
* Fully responsible for the P&L of the business unit.
* Communicate clearly between the client and agents.
* Organize tasks efficiently, ensuring proper assignment of agents to various tasks.
* Set clear goals for agents and ensure they are met consistently.
* Be accountable for your team's performance, sending daily updates.
* Assist in other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience leading manpower outsourcing business unit
* Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
* Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving ability.
* Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality.
* Good team player with an aptitude for sales and a commitment to consistently achieving KPIs.
