- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Process service orders and manage repair tickets
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely updates on repair status
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
