The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work for a reputable organisation
  • Office Hour: Monday – Friday (9.00AM-5.30 PM)
  • Working location: Ubi
  • Immediate
  • Salary: Up to $3400 (depending on experience)
  • 1 year contract

Job Scope

  • Greet and attend to incoming visitors pleasantly and professionally.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, meeting scheduling, also maintain office cleanliness (arrange cleaner etc)
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Vendor and courier management
  • Travel and hotel management
  • Company event management

Requirements

  • Minimum high school or equivalent, Certificate or diploma is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Collaborative good team player and experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholder.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in SAP would be an added advantage
