Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to Director.
- Hiring, training, and providing professional development for the teams and setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date.
- Generate reports tracking how well each individual teams member achieves these seasonal targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, sales & marketing or related professional qualifications
- 1 years of relevant working experience
Remunerations :
- Basic Salary $2800 - 3300
- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Entitled AL and ML
