Role Overview
Integra is seeking a legal counsel who will be primarily responsible for providing transactional support to the investment team on investments/divestments and other fund matters, as well as providing general compliance and regulatory support for Integra’s business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with external counsel and internal stakeholders in relation to fund formation, review and negotiate fund-related documentation
- Legal support on business matters relating to the Integra business
- Review and negotiate investment/divestment transaction documents
- Assist portfolio companies with ad-hoc corporate law matters
- Manage corporate secretarial matters alongside our corporate secretarial service providers
- Enforce compliance policies and procedures (including AML/KYC checks) in connection with Integra’s business and keeping abreast of regulatory/industry developments
Desired Skill Set and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, with approximately 2-3 years in a legal function at a law firm
- Experience in relevant sectors (M&A and/or funds)
- Able to navigate complexity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
