Job Responsibilities:

Incoming

  • Perform incoming check for parts received, checking quantity and quality for both stock and project items.
  • Ensure that information (Airway Bill No/PO/DO) is recorded in the record book for DHL/UPL
  • Label all stock items with the correct labeling before placing them to the racks/bins.
  • Perform GRN and ensure all documents are submitted to finance.
  • Report any damage of items during receiving and report to the respective purchaser.
  • Arrange/liaise with the shipping company/hauler on the container truck in and truck out date.

Outgoing

  • Perform Sale order picking and provide packing weight and dimension for all export items.
  • Liaise of crate ordering as per order requirement
  • Stuffing of container for export order
  • Update system after picking (reclassification/posting to staging/etc.)
  • Record all serial numbers for posting at the BC and filing for ISO audit.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics
  • With 3-5 years of warehouse environment would be an advantage.
  • Possess forklift license would be an advantage
