Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including brokers, infrastructure providers, banks, top lending institutions, ETF issuers, and asset management firms.
- Serve as Antalpha's primary representative in the APAC region, working closely with institutions on institutional lending, market making, and decentralized finance initiatives.
- Lead revenue growth efforts through innovative product development and active partner engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have a strong financial background and international experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services, particularly in the APAC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and stakeholders.
