Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Leader of Revenue Management across Zone APAC.
- Leader to align revenue planning with key stakeholders, e.g. Sales, Sales Ops and Customer Project Managers.
- Single point of contact for integral revenue latest view (LV) to sales leaders, market leaders other key stakeholders.
- Ensure planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the company.
- Drive continuous improvement and accuracy by optimizing our forecasting methodology and bringing standardization to operating cadences including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews.
- Identify strategic product, market, and customer analyses trends that will elevate the overall growth trajectory of the business; support annual planning cycles including customer segmentation analysis, Sales and Customer Success coverage model, quota-setting, incentive plan design, territory design, and cascading our financial plan.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to design & refresh processes, workflows, capabilities, and automation that manage key revenue-related activities, such as white-space mapping, account intelligence, and renewal processes.
- Focus on continuous improvement for the entire order to cash cycle for revenue management by driving process efficiency by better use of systems and enhanced cross-functional processes.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales and opportunity pipeline, funnel, and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business
- Liaise between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer journey, supported by clean data and reporting between all stages
- Lead and/or support strategic initiatives to strengthen revenue operations with supporting functions including S&SD, Supply Chain, Market, and other key stakeholders (e.g., supply planning, resourcing, O2F leads, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of the revenue operations playbook.
Job Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in revenue / demand planning
- Strong stakeholders management skills
- Familiar with APAC market
