Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to generate and qualify sales leads.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Engage with industry stakeholders through networking events, conferences, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Partnership team to explore and develop strategic alliances.
Sales and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and close deals.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on market and client data.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and financial reports.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in handling clients in the ASIA region is a plus factor for candidates.
