As a Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control food prepared in area of work
- Organises all necessary food preps
- Ensures the proper handling, cleanliness and maintenance of the work area and equipment
- Ensures a professional attire and personal hygiene at all time
- Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to communicate in simple English
- Able to perform spilt shifts including on weekends and public holidays
- Strong interest and passion in culinary
