As the Senior Executive for Asset Support (System & App Management), your pivotal role involves overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the CityNexus app. This position requires a dynamic individual who can optimize app operations, effectively manage marketing efforts, driving business growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Development and Maintenance of CityNexus App: Collaborate closely with the IT department and vendors to facilitate the smooth functioning of the CityNexus app.
- Conduct Vigorous System Testing (UAT): Perform comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) of the app and respective portals to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks. Facilitate deployment post-testing.
- End-to-End Operations Support: Assist in the seamless operation of the eVoucher programme, Marketplace, Loyalty programme, Gamification, and other marketing or app activities, including digital and online platforms.
- Stakeholder Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to stakeholders, including tenants, merchants, internal and external users. Manage all relevant onboarding processes, feedback mechanisms, and enquiries effectively.
- Monthly Reporting: Compile and submit monthly reports promptly, detailing relevant operational activities and performance metrics.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Management to support the smooth functioning of the CityNexus app and Asset Support department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system and app management, product development, app operations in loyalty programme and gamification.
- Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide effective training and guidance to stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
