Technical Skills :
- Overall 12+ years IT experience.
- Must have total 10+ years Java experience.
- Drive Project Planning, Collaborate extensively with Developers, Engineers, Customer, Lead Cross Functional teams, Architects, QA Teams & Release team for project requirements
- Organize scrum of scrum meetings to track projects progress with cross functional teams & ensure project in scaled Agile implementation.
- Enterprise Agile -Delivery lead for large complex projects with End to End Ownership while collaborating other team members.
- Must have hands-on design and development experience in Java and API.
- 10+ years working experience in managing large multiple projects in banking or financial industry.
- Should have working experience as Java backend development for last 5+ years.
- Working experience in System Integration Microservices to API is a must
- Good to have working knowledge and experience in UI- Reactjs.
- Hands-on working experience in banking or large financial institutes or insurance or fintech companies.
