Develop and direct organizational strategies
Draft and implement organizational policies and philosophies
Oversee day-to-day business activities
Conduct employees' performance reviews

Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission
Ensure that the department budget is met
Forge and maintain relations of trust with and external authorities
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Business Administration or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
Highly organized
Highly ethical behavior
Effective communicator
