Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB
Working hour: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
Working location: West- Tuas
Company transport provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Processing to respective factories based on Purchase Orders from received
- Prepare and handle commercial documentation like invoices/ delivery orders/shipping documents, etc.
- Liaise with external vendors like freight forwarders, 3rd party logistics, delivery contractors, etc.
- Liaise with respective factories to arrange shipments promptly
- Negotiate rates with freight forwarders to optimize delivery load and cost
- Monitor both inbound/outbound shipment/freights from overseas and local suppliers
- Ensure and Update shipping cost of both inbound/outbound shipments as per quotations
- Act upon receiving shipping instructions
- Update Sales Record after each shipment
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management OR Logistics
- At least 2-3 years working experience in logistic operation
