Operation Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the interior design industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renovation projects.
    Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, site supervisors, and construction workers.
    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
  3. Client Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
    Address client concerns and provide regular updates on project status.
  4. Supplier and Vendor Management:Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
    Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  5. Quality Control:Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all work meets the company's standards and client expectations.
    Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  6. Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
    Monitor expenditures and report on financial performance to senior management.
  7. Health and Safety:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites.
    Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
  8. Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
    Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational tasks.
  9. Reporting:Prepare regular reports on project status, team performance, and financial metrics.
    Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
