Procurement Clerk

  • Duration: 1 years contract (Extendable)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Support with raising of procurement requests and perform goods receipt via Authorities
    IT systems.
  • Liaise with vendors for item availability and delivery schedule.
  • Support with the processing of Request For Quotation (RFQ) to vendors.
  • Educate and guide employees on the procurement policies and processes.
  • Provide monthly procurement status report.
  • To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on procurement matters.
  • To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
  • To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by
    the Authority.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) and experience in SAP and Business Warehouse will be advantageous
