HR Manager will be working in a BPO Consultancy and will be carrying out HR task for other companies (cabinet's Clients) as well as in-house.
HR Manager
Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, retention, Compensation & Benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with Labour Laws. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure the organization's HR strategies align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment, Onboarding & Onboarding:
· Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
· Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
2. Employee Relations:
· Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
· Promote a positive work environment and address any issues that arise.
3. Training and Development:
· Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
· Support employees in their career development and growth within the organization.
4. Compliance and Legal:
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
5. HR Policies and Procedures:
· Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
· Ensure all employees are informed and compliant with HR policies.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
· Administer compensation and benefits programs.
· Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
· Proven experience in retention, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
· HR experience across multiple industries will be highly advantageous
· Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
