Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for improving operational management systems in front-end systems such as point-of-sale projects.
- Responsible for the streamlining of existing processes, formulation and implementation of new technology projects, including performing user acceptance testing, as well as stakeholder management.
- Support project lead in implementation of standard operating procedures for new initiatives, in accordance with audit and financial requirements which involves the formulation of training materials for end users.
- Resolve business system production issues together with the relevant stakeholders and assist in gathering feedback from stores and other stakeholders post-live.
- Continuously identify gaps and work closely with stakeholders and vendors in issue resolution.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business and Marketing or Business Info Systems
- Previous working experience in the retail industry preferred but not compulsory
- Experience in conducting UAT independently will be a plus point
- Comfortable with new technology and backend systems
