Job Description:
- Report to Director, Business Operations
- Oversee all aspects of the Group’s global business operations, including CRM, P&L, contract management, delivery management, etc.
- Monitor the entire sales and post-sales cycle to improve regional teams’ overall performance and efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and take initiatives. Work closely and support regional teams, to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supervise team member on data entry and analysis
- Improve/streamline existing operational processes in different regions
- Ensure business operations are in compliance with the Group’s policies, guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements; facilitate internal audit work
- Work closely with different functional departments such as IT, HRA, and Compliance
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in related disciplines
- Should have proficiency in English
- Knowledge in business operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- High level of attention to detail, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking and working independently
- Good team player, strong sense of risk management and compliance awareness
- Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
- Willing to travel abroad
