Job Description:
- Manage full spectrum of Accounting duties
- Revise current accounting process and implement accounting rules that are compliance to accounting standard & rugulations
- Monitor the day-today financial operations within the company such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions
- Monitor and escalate collection and credit control issues
- To achieve and qualitative quarterly management reports, analysis and key data presentation to Managing Director, and recommendations to aid in long/short term decision making
- Responsible for tax preparation, auditing where required
- Responsible for GST submission
- To manage accounts for 3 companies- Transportation, Travel Agency (audit required) & E-commerce
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Full Set Accounts with at least 2 years experience
- Knowledge of Autocount will be appreciated
