Human Resource (HR) Operations play a crucial role in the recruitment sector, ensuring that the hiring process is smooth, efficient, and aligned with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work Planning:
· Collaborate with the leaders to understand current and future staffing needs
· Conduct regular workforce analysis to identify skill gaps and plan for recruitment accordingly
2. Job Analysis and Description:
· Work with Key Account Holders or Hiring Managers to define job roles, responsibilities, and qualifications
· Create detailed and accurate job descriptions to attract suitable candidates
3. Sourcing Strategies:
· Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, professional networks,
and partnerships with educational institutions
· Utilize passive and active candidate-sourcing techniques
4. Recruitment:
· Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent
· Use marketing techniques to create compelling job advertisements and engage with potential candidates
· Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements
· Conduct initial interviews or assessments to shortlist qualified candidates
· Support team in contacting candidates for temporary and contract placements
· Coordinate and schedule interviews
· Conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews
· Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities
5. AR Collections Support:
· Assist with AR collections and follow up with all clients’ invoices
· Maintain the status of AR Aging Report in real time
· Assist in the preparation of documentation and/or reports
· Follow-up on all administrative reports upon client request
· Assist with the chasing and follow-up with PO/SO/DO/SEs
6. Administration Support:
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

· Assist in the preparation of documentation and/or reports
· Assist in the setting up of candidates’ contracts into IES and ensuring the accuracy of the information
documented
· Support in the chasing and follow-up of monthly timesheet
· Code, update and maintain the firm’s database (IES)
We are looking for people with:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
· Brings along 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Operations
· Familiar with the recruitment industry and its dynamics
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
