Our client is a music education company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Centre Manager to join their Education Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the multiple areas in Singapore - easily accessible.
Duties of Centre Manager:
- Make a specified number of outbound sales calls daily.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation, sales/enrollments, and lead conversions.
- Mentor and support team members to achieve their individual targets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails.
- Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions.
- Retain customers through effective problem-solving and maintaining high service standards.
- Drive centre growth by providing excellent customer service and reducing student turnover.
- Maintain or exceed target conversion rates from trials to enrollments.
- Plan and manage teacher growth initiatives to meet monthly targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Able to commit to working Reatil Hours and Weekends
