Responsibilities:
- Building and generating new clientele for recruitment services/sales in Education / Healthcare / Nursing / Building & Construction, etc
- Continuously maintain rapport with existing clients for businesses
- Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates’ profiles with clients’ requirements, including interview coordinations between various stakeholders
- Providing career coaching / guidance to candidates
- Work closely with all parties in ensuring successful outcome for all positions and maintaining contact / rapport with all stakeholders
- Achieve the target set by the Company consistently
- Work with the Business Development Team in prospecting, identifying, and establishing new clients in various industries
- Any other duties/tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Requirement:
- Diploma in any field of studies
- Preferably with Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic) / Willing to attend course and attempt examination
- Passionate with Recruitment Sales, independent and self-motivated
