The Opportunity:

- Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Up to $3,000 + AWS
The Role:
As a Finance Executive reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform day-to-day operations for AP/AR functions.
- Handle the entire payable process: suppliers, receivable process: customers, and the local and overseas staff claim processing cycle.
- Actively monitor AR aging reports and follow up on collections.
- Maintain and manage the fixed assets register.
- Responsible for initiating, planning, and administering accounts payable/receivable functions.
Experience Requirements :
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Accountancy.
- Min. 1 years of relevant working experience.
- Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a strong team player mentality are essential.
- Knowledge in Audit Skills / SAP / MYOB preferred.
- Singaporeans only.
