Job Descriptions:
- Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors/ Procurement Officer and other staff responsible for the administration of the Contract with the S.O., the Employer and with sub-contractors and supply contracts.
- Contract management in delivery phase as an administrator.
- Draft and review a variety of contracts/ agreement.
- Meeting with Client/ Supervision Officer and subcontractors to discuss contractural matters.
- Provide contractural advice to the Project Manager.
- Identify opportunities or risks in processes and devise plans to implement.
- Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts including Main Contract and subcontract
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/ Building Engineering or Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Preferrable 15 years’ experience in the management and administration of large-scale process related Contracts and shall preferably possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying and/or Contract/ Construction Law
- Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance and contractual terminology
- Managing team members in routine daily tasks.
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
- Excellent skill in negotiation with external parties in contractual claim issues.
- Willing to work for 5.5 days at Tuas area
