Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Electrical, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc.) for building projects across various sectors including residential, office, commercial, hospital, and institutional.
- Conduct design work, attend consultants meetings, and oversee the M&E aspects of construction activities.
- Hold a degree in Engineering with approximately 8 years of relevant experience.
- Possess expertise in design and implementation of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, drive, and the ability to work independently.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a consultant in the construction industry is essential.
