The incumbent is responsible for promotion information maintenance, and he/ she is expected to
- Maintain all advertised promotions, promotions that are in prints (e.g. newspapers/ catalogues/ brochures) in the SAP system.
- Ensure promotion details are consistent between print advertisements and SAP system.
- Communication of promotion details to inventory team and warehouse teams.
- Communication of promotion details to stores for execution.
- Ensure promotion products and offer prices are correctly downloaded at POS.
Requirements
- Diploma, preferably in Business or Business IT
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Meticulous, self-driven and results-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and problem solver
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with other departments
