Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of Production Support or relevant experience.
- Java development skills is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Channel Support (Internet and Mobile Banking) Application
- To work in L2 application production support cycles, other operations
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
- Responsibilities include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management.
- Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
