Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers through cold calling and prospecting.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Provide timely sales quotations to customers and negotiate contract terms to successfully close sales.
- Set sales objectives through effective forecasting and aim to meet or exceed targets.
- Offer support, information, and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Assist in implementing the sales strategy outlined by the Sales Manager, including initiatives for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
- GCE "O" / "A" Levels, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with 2-3 years of project coordination experience will also be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge of the IT industry and its products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and determined approach with a desire for a sales career.
- Customer-oriented with good presentation skills in both face-to-face and telephone settings.
