We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head, Human Resources, the HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, general administration, and initiatives projects aimed at fostering a positive work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Managing full suite of staff recruitment process which includes but not limited to sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
· Manage all work passes application, renewal, and cancellation
· Assist with timely and accurate completion and submission of all government surveys, grants and funding schemes
· Process all employee related insurance claims
· Manage all staff leave related processes
· Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
· Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
· Prepare HR related statistics as and when required
· Support HR initiatives and projects from time to time and to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
· Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
· Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Good verbal and written command of English
· Has a solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures
· Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
· Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint and Google suite. Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software applications is an advantage
