We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for our Middle Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the framework for Middle Office (MO) services, driving process standardization, implementing service changes, and providing training and support to employees. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential, as this role involves working collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Service Catalog Framework and Governance: Manage Regional and country level service catalogue across APAC countries to provide a comprehensive view of Middle office offerings and scope. Implement effective governance for any modifications to Service Catalog
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MO Services: Become the go-to person for MO services by gaining a deep understanding of the processes and activities. Provide expertise to drive standardization and improvements in MO process - oversee process and documentation alignment, optimize workflows, and eliminate any duplications.
- Organizational Changes & MO Overview: Ensure that the MO organizational structure is kept current and updated as needed. Efficiently coordinate and communicate any alterations within the organization, such as memos or announcements.
- Service Implementation and Change: Drive the implementation or changes of services. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the benefits of changes.
- SOPs/Procedures Coordination: Coordinate SOP and ensure they are up-to-date and followed in liaison with respective teams.
- Training and Support: Provide training or support as needed to APAC locations to facilitate smooth transitions during process/system implementations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum degree qualified.
- Minimum 7 years of prior working experience in business process management, reengineering, policy enhancement, change management or project management.
- Experience in driving process improvements utilizing various tools such as process mapping and design, data analysis, and automation.
- A solid foundation with 7-10 years of prior working experience in business process management, reengineering, policy enhancement, change management, and project management. Experience in IT systems development would be a plus.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements utilizing various tools such as process mapping and design, data analysis, and automation.
- In-depth understanding of middle office services is a crucial requirement for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Adept in conflict resolution, consensus building, and the capability to build and sustain partnerships beyond the immediate area of responsibility.
