PURPOSE:
You will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. The key to your success will be in your drive and ambition to win new businesses, and your ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Responsible for managing a list of customers within the Graphic Communication market.
- Be the trusted partner to provide accurate information and industry advice to customers.
- Provide assistance to customers when they encounter any customer satisfaction issues.
- Add on new logos to increase market dominance.
- Support the team in providing sales outlook
- Provide timely update of daily activities and opportunities in CRM system (SFDC).
- Support in preparation of proposals and order submissions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/ Degree holder with sales experience preferred.
- Possesses a positive attitude, able to work independently & a team player.
- Strong communication skills with a positive mindset
- Proficient in MS office applications (Powerpoint/Word/Excel).
- Experience in utilizing CRM an advantage
