Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects from initiation to closure, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering or project management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the Singapore construction industry and regulatory environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification will be a plus.
