Job Description of Customer Service Executive:
· Pick up customer's phone calls;
· Reply enquiry text and emails
· Assist and follow up with customer's request/order
· Pick and pack customer's order
· Coordinate with transporter/logistic partner for shipping/delivery matters.
· Follow up on collection of overdue accounts.
· Printing and Documents filling
· Data entry
· In-charge in others' Ad-Hoc duties as required
