RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimizing and maintaining the broker relationships and member experience
- Works in partnership with other key functions to enhance the business operations, improve customer relations, and supporting sales, retention and marketing strategies and activities
- Retention of key accounts
- Management of broker channels
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Identifying upsell opportunities
- Manage concerns and complaints from brokers and business partners
- Communicating with other departments to improve company efficiency and profitability
- Analysing client claims data and underwriting performance
- Creating plans with business leaders and operations partners to ensure client retention, business profitability and generating additional revenue
- Monitor business competitors and report feedback and strategic partnership priorities back to management
Tertiary qualification and/or professional insurance qualifications
OTHER INFORMATION- At least 5 years experience in Operations of Health Insurance, with particular emphasis on Medical & Group Employee Benefits programs
