RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimizing and maintaining the broker relationships and member experience
  • Works in partnership with other key functions to enhance the business operations, improve customer relations, and supporting sales, retention and marketing strategies and activities
  • Retention of key accounts
  • Management of broker channels
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Identifying upsell opportunities
  • Manage concerns and complaints from brokers and business partners
  • Communicating with other departments to improve company efficiency and profitability
  • Analysing client claims data and underwriting performance
  • Creating plans with business leaders and operations partners to ensure client retention, business profitability and generating additional revenue
  • Monitor business competitors and report feedback and strategic partnership priorities back to management
QUALIFICATIONS

Tertiary qualification and/or professional insurance qualifications

OTHER INFORMATION
  • At least 5 years experience in Operations of Health Insurance, with particular emphasis on Medical & Group Employee Benefits programs
