Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs effectively.
- Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims.
- Procure contractors and suppliers.
- Assess and validate payment claims submitted by sub-contractors.
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize accounts.
- Use internal reporting systems, such as "OA" and "SAP".
- Review contract documents and identify any irregularities.
- Draft contractual correspondence related to time and cost implications.
- Assist the supervisor in preparing claims for extensions of time (EOT), acceleration, prolongation, and other cost-related claims.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project cost management.
- Proficiency in preparing and submitting progress and variation claims.
- Experience in procuring contractors and suppliers.
- Skilled in negotiating and finalizing accounts.
- Familiarity with internal reporting systems like "OA" and "SAP".
- Strong communication skills for attending meetings and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ability to perform additional duties as assigned.
