Main Contractor seeking for Accounts Executive

Lcoation: Near Bishan/ Ang Mo Kio/ Toa Payoh
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Tax invoice preparation and issuance.
- Receipt preparation and issuance.
- Contra payment between internal companies.
- Payment preparation and issuance to Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
- Updating cash book and do bank reconciliation.
- Preparation quarterly GST Submission.
- Updating all necessary audit schedule.
- Assist in monthly closing Including reconciliation and journal entries.
- Provide support in other accounting duties
- Adhoc task when required.
Requirement:-
- O Level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in construction Industry is an advantage
- Able to work under fast paced environment
- Independent with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word.
